Recently, she worked as D.P. or Op on 14+ LGBTQ, Female or BIPOC films DP'ing Queer Features Under The Influencer and Sweet Nothing, feature Doc The Gibraltar Project and DP'ing music videos & short films. She's worked on camera or lighting crew for Hallmark Channel, Travel Channel, HGTV, Netflix, Yahoo, Firefox, Disney Channel, Facebook TV, All BLK network, Adidas, Speedo, Hydroflask, Qualcomm, Intel, United, Chase, Blue Shield, etc. She grew up backstage at Michigan Ballet Theater learning lighting & effects. She apprenticed in an environmental science lab at 11 and won National & Presidential awards for her activism. She stole Dad's VHS and shot films to raise awareness. After film school, she focused on cinematography spending 15 years as a Producer/Shooter worldwide. Co-Owner of One Match Fire.
After 23 years in the U. S. Navy, becoming a Veteran of Foreign Wars, deploying as an Aviation Hydraulic Mechanic (ABE) then serving over 10 years as a Navy Drug & Alcohol Counselor and retiring as a Navy Chief. Michele retired from service. She holds a bachelors degree in business and is currently furthering her knowledge by studying at San Francisco Film School. In 2022 she was inducted onto the LGBTQ Veterans Wall Of Honor. Co-Owner of One Match Fire.
